Sometime it may be affected by the item's stock status of merchandise and we will inform you by email or phone within 2 business days for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.

1. Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping time, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. Processing Time is 3-5 working days.

3. If an item in your order does become out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
